Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Manager located in Calgary,AB. The Regional Manager will oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring team leaders, monitoring financial performance, driving operational excellence, maintaining quality service, and fostering a positive work environment. The role requires regular collaboration with key stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives and promote continuous growth within the region.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and mentor teams effectively.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial reports.
  • Operational expertise in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with teams, stakeholders, and community partners.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset to achieve operational goals and company objectives.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in project management, community engagement, or sustainability initiatives is an asset.
