Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Weekends Only)

We're committed to improving our clients' quality of life through better sleep, and our customer service team plays a key role in that mission. Our team includes registered respiratory therapists, sleep technicians, and board-certified sleep physicians who work closely with private and public sleep labs to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Your Role

We're looking for an energetic, independent, and motivated person to join us as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, working Saturdays and Sundays. If you're professional in your communication and confident in helping customers navigate products and services, you'll be a strong fit. This role involves supporting clients, assisting with online orders, and helping with in-store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and support their transition to our online platform
  • Learn and communicate the basics of obstructive sleep apnea and treatment options
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity
  • Assist with shipping/receiving and order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent messaging
  • Support general in-store operations as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • A college diploma or university degree (marketing or healthcare focus is helpful)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable multitasking and working independently
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of CPAP therapy is an asset
  • Valid driver's license preferred
