Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Surrey, BC. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with their shipping needs, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions, processing orders, and providing support to the shipping team to ensure smooth operations.

  • Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Support and Service
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
  • Proficiency in managing customer accounts and order processing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service or the shipping industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
