Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Esthetician to join our incredible wellness team The role involves offering a variety of esthetic services, including pedicures, facials, body treatments, waxing, tinting, and our Signature Hammam treatment. Onsite training will be provided to ensure you have all the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in our spa. This position requires a commitment to providing outstanding service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. 2 years of Spa or hospitality experience is required.

Current Hours of Operation:

  • Monday: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Evening and Weekend availability is required.

Wage:

  • Hourly rate, product commission, & gratuities
  • Additional hours and flexibility for shift swapping are appreciated and encouraged

Skills & Qualities:

  • Proficiency in classic esthetic services such as pedicures, facials and body treatments
  • Strong verbal communication skills for understanding client preferences and providing clear instruction
  • Empathy and compassion to create a supportive and comforting environment
  • High level of professionalism, including punctuality, ethical conduct, and confidentiality
  • High Integrity: Adherence to ethical standards and maintaining honesty and professionalism

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of exceptional client care in the form of treatments and all client interactions
  • Retailing services and products that are in alignment with client need
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Support a clean and considered environment
  • Compliance with policy and procedure of the facility and AHS
  • Client interactions: greetings, forms, hospitality
  • Basic reception knowledge
