A small but busy medical spa is looking to expand by adding someone special to the team who is also dedicated to delivering high-quality, results-driven treatments in a warm and professional environment. Our focus is on personalized care, attention to detail, and creating an exceptional experience for every client.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Esthetician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about skin, enjoys a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, has desire to make a change and help others, eager to learn and develop their skills continuously, is great at building personal connections with people, and is ready to grow together with the clinic as a family

There will be an opportunity to increase hours and hourly pay as your personal client base grows, to a full time position.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including but not limited to:
• Customized facials
• Microneedling
• Chemical peels
• Skin analysis and consultation treatment planning
• Develop custom treatment plan and personalized skincare
• Educate clients on skincare products and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage client satisfaction and retention
• Work independently and collaboratively with other staff
• Stay up to date with new treatments, techniques, and protocols

Experience

• Active esthetician license (a copy must be submitted with the application)
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a medical spa or clinical esthetics setting
• Experience with advanced treatments such as microneedling
• Experience with advanced treatments such as chemical peels
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
• Fast learner with a willingness to grow and adapt
• Upbeat, energetic, and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be available evenings and Saturdays.
• Bonus if available to come in outside of the set schedule

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

Work Location: In person
