Overview

We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician and Esthetician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care, and esthetic services such as facials, body wraps, waxing, brows, and tinting (based on certification) and contribute to the overall success of our clinic. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in nail artistry, skincare profession, customer service, and retail sales while helping clients look and feel their best. A strong focus on sanitation and communication is essential to maintain our high standards of safety and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
  • Provide esthetic services such as facials, body wraps, waxing, brows, and tinting (based on certification).
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health regulations.
  • Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and increase sales.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Educate clients on proper nail care and skin care maintenance.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and sanitation protocols.

Skills

  • Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, or nail art.
  • Ability to perform face and body care with professionalism and hygiene standards.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent interpersonal abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients of diverse backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Effective upselling skills combined with retail sales experience to promote products and services.
