The Barista position is one that requires good communication skills and the ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour and continue to engage with customers.

-take customer orders, listen to the customers, use the pos and accept payment. Make the drinks as per Back Road standards and always engage in a friendly manner with the customer.

Expectations are to be friendly and helpful with customers. Arrive to work on time and have a good record for attendance. We expect the candidate that we choose to be tidy and ensure that they maintain a clean workspace.

Prior Barista experience is an asset, but not a requirement.
