Summary: Mernov Spa is looking for a Medical Customer Service Coordinator who has a passion to deliver the best possible care to our clients. This position is permanent part-time (1-3 days a week).

Location: 8500 Warden Ave., Markham, ON L6G 1A5

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to physicians and allied health professionals
  • Administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to: registering clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, following up on consults and test results, obtaining required documentation
  • Obtains key demographic and health related information and registering this information accurately and efficiently into the EMR
  • Provides assistance to physicians and allied health providers
  • Supports management and perform administrative tasks for service delivery
  • Perform other duties related to clinic operations

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin is required
  • Previous health care experience is an asset
  • Administrative experience/customer service experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and willingness to learn
  • Computer proficiency
  • Knowledge of EMR and G-suite is an asset
  • Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Knowledge of CRM is an asset
