**Summary**: Mernov Spa is looking for a **Medical Customer Service Coordinator **who has a passion to deliver the best possible care to our clients. **This position has 2 openings: one permanent full-time and one permanent part-time position.**
**Location**: 8500 Warden Ave., Markham, ON L6G 1A5
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to physicians and allied health professionals
- Administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to: registering clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, following up on consults and test results, obtaining required documentation
- Obtains key demographic and health related information and registering this information accurately and efficiently into the EMR
- Provides assistance to physicians and allied health providers
- Supports management and perform administrative tasks for service delivery
- Perform other duties related to clinic operations
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is required
- Previous health care experience is an asset
- Administrative experience/customer service experience is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and willingness to learn
- Computer proficiency
- Knowledge of EMR and G-suite is an asset
- Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Knowledge of CRM is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
