The
Ontario Construction Secretariat (OCS)
is hiring a
Labour Relations Lead
to support labour-management collaboration in Ontario's unionized Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction sector.

In this newly created role, you will monitor collective bargaining outcomes, analyze collective agreements and Ontario Labour Relations Board (OLRB) decisions, and lead the development and delivery of labour relations training for industry partners. This role combines research, analysis, program development, and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Do

·      Monitor ICI collective bargaining trends and outcomes

·      Analyze collective agreement clauses, wage schedules, and OLRB decisions

·      Design and deliver labour relations training, workshops, and webinars

·      Build strong relationships with unions, employers, and industry partners

·      Represent OCS at industry events and forums

What You Bring

·      Post-secondary education in Labour Relations, HR, or a related field

· years of labour relations experience (construction industry preferred)

·      Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills

·      Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
