As part of the Refined Footcare Team, the Clinic Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional service to patients and clients while overseeing the administrative aspects of the clinic. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, disciplined and looking to be part of our exciting journey with exceptional growth potential.
FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic, creating a positive and professional first impression.
- Act as the key point of contact for patients at the clinic with front-desk responsibilities.
- Handle new patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services to patients.
- Process, track, and manage all incoming referrals and leads according to company expectations.
- Manage all schedules in the EMR and audit the schedule for booking conflicts and scheduling errors.
- Manage patient's financial accounts. Collect payments, issues invoices, and assist patients with billing inquiries, providing clear and detailed explanations of charges and payment processes.
- Is proactive at building a successful business within the clinic where patients are both acquired and retained.
- Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases to result in exceptional retail sales performance
- Consults with the team of allied health care professionals within the clinic to contribute to treatment plans for clients.
- Maintains accurate inventory and supply counts in the clinic to meet business demand.
- Ensuring treatment areas and equipment are all well maintained.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative capacity
- Experience working in a healthcare clinic setting is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional time management skills and to perform well under pressure
- Excellent patient service skills that build loyalty and referrals.
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends, and evenings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
