What you'll do:

As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for driving daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets in collaboration with the clinic team. Your role involves ensuring that the practice adheres to GraceMed's luxury service model, inspiring exceptional patient outcomes, and effectively.

  • Build and execute plans to improve daily operations of the practice ensuring maximum productivity, operational excellence & efficiency.
  • Manage the coordination and clinic flow; scheduling appointments efficiently to optimize the time and schedule of treatment providers and minimize gaps.
  • Work closely with the Regional Director to report clinic targets and strategies, contributing to the achievement of the overall clinic budget.
  • Analyze and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and deficiencies.
  • Under the guidance and in collaboration with the Regional Director implement strategies to positively impact sales and profit.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Regional Director on ways to enhance patient experience and improve clinic flow.
  • Lead, coach and motivate team, colleagues to improve productivity, engagement and retention of customers.
  • Drive the implementation of company programs, policies and procedures by supporting action plans and directly motivating the team to meet operational and company objectives establishes and maintains effective communication throughout the practice including leading daily huddles and team meetings.
  • Ensure and provide exceptional customer service with a talent for building loyalty and focus on delivering optimal patient care.

What you will bring along:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Retail Management, Clinic Management, or an equivalent position.
  • Proven track record of meeting and achieving goals/targets, with a focus on cost control skills.
  • Preferred experience in the private practice sector.
  • University degree in business or a related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience working with budgets, profit and loss (P/L) statements, and reporting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale transactions is an asset.
  • Familiarity with provincial and insurance billings is viewed favorably.
  • Proficient in using web-based email applications, Microsoft Office, and Electronic Medical Records.
  • Experience with practice management software and patient engagement software is desired.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization.
  • In-depth knowledge of diverse practice functions and operations.
  • Familiarity with healthcare legal rules and guidelines, procedures, and products.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills and experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including verbal, listening, and information sharing.
  • Enjoys working directly with patients to provide outstanding service at all times.
  • Knowledge of industry healthcare legal rules and guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
