Duties

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and body treatments massage therapy,tailored to individual client needs.
  • Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in skincare and aesthetics.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and clerical duties to support the smooth operation of the office.
  • Utilize computer systems for scheduling appointments and managing client information effectively.
  • Demonstrate phone etiquette when communicating with clients and handling inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Valid aesthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
  • Previous experience in a medical office or spa setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong administrative skills including proficiency in data entry and office management tasks.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining client records and managing appointments effectively.
