Nos clients ont recours à nos services lors d'événements comme les salons de l'auto, pour assurer une présence pendant un festival ou un événement sportif ou même pour mener des essais routiers à un seul lieu avec plusieurs visiteurs ou des essais routiers individuels chez des gens présélectionnés.

Nous recherchons des ambassadeurs de marque (H/F) pour rejoindre nos équipes. En tant qu'Ambassadeur de marque, vous serez responsable de promouvoir les produits auprès des clients et de représenter la marque de manière professionnelle et enthousiaste.

Responsabilités :

  • Commercialiser les produits et services auprès des clients potentiels

  • Apprendre et retenir des informations relatives à l'identité d'une marque de ainsi que des détails plus techniques et spécifiques aux différents produits et mis en marchés par cette marque afin de les communiquer à un auditoire; soit des visiteurs d'un kiosque ou des individus présélectionnés

  • Communiquer efficacement les avantages et les caractéristiques des produits

  • Effectuer des démonstrations de produits pour les clients

  • Fournir un excellent service client en répondant aux questions et aux préoccupations des clients

  • Collaborer avec l'équipe pour assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle

Expérience requise :

- Excellentes compétences en communication pour interagir avec les clients

- Bilingue (français et anglais) pour communiquer avec la clientèle

- Capacité à effectuer des démonstrations de produits de manière professionnelle et convaincante

- Forte orientation client pour offrir un service exceptionnel

RB Events is a national agency specializing in integrated marketing and communications, operating in major urban centers across Canada, particularly in the Quebec region. We hire part-time and occasional promotional representatives to support various clients in their experiential marketing campaigns.

Our clients utilize our services for events such as auto shows, to ensure a presence during festivals or sporting events.

We are seeking Brand Ambassadors (M/F) to join our teams. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting products to customers and representing the brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Market products and services to potential customers
  • Learn and retain information about a brand's identity as well as more technical details specific to the various products marketed by that brand in order to communicate them to an audience; either booth visitors or pre-selected individuals
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the products
  • Perform product demonstrations for customers
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Required Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers
  • Bilingual (French and English) to communicate with customers
  • Ability to perform product demonstrations professionally and convincingly
  • Strong customer orientation to provide exceptional service
