As a Café Supervisor, you’ll be responsible in supporting the café. You'll lead your team of baristas by example, providing exceptional service with every guest and maintain operational standards within the cafe. You’ll support cafe operations, guest experience, product quality and overall café performance by ensuring that sales and profit goals are met, inventory management, team development and staffing are supported and best of all, help your team create a world class experience every day.

**YOU BRING WITH YOU**:

- Experience in Restaurant, Café or Retail (2-3 years)
- Supervision experience, demonstrated skill in training and developing your team (2+years)
- Experience working with and understanding targets and budget and can speak to overachieving sales target put in front of you
- Experience with inventory control (counts, waste, ordering)
- The ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis, attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays and flexible hours that may include a total of 40 or more hours per week.
- 3 or more years of experience in a role that requires frequent interaction with guests, fulfilling guest requests and responsibility for addressing guest issues, questions and suggestions
- a High School degree/ GED

- Standing for extended periods of time
- Some lifting is required along with some bending, reaching and turning
- Exposure to noise (blenders, espresso machine), heat (steam from espresso machine)
