We're hiring Smart Serve Certified Brand Ambassadors to represent a well-known beer & seltzer brand in Quebec.

Your role will be to support various on-premise samplings and events at local accounts (e.g., bars, restaurants, and hot spots). XMC Ambassadors will work closely with the local brand leads to facilitate activations and surprise and delight consumers.

You will be on the front lines of consumer engagement, sharing product knowledge, generating excitement, and acting as the main point of contact for restaurant and bar managers.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop marketing skills, gain valuable experience in brand promotion, and work in a lively, engaging environment.

Shift Overview/Schedule:

  • Weekend Shifts (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) with some added events on weekdays to align with major sporting events.
  • 5-8 hours onsite, including setup, teardown, ad hoc tasks, and reporting.
  • Additional logistics hours may be required per shift.

Qualifications:

  • Smart Serve Certification required (or Provincial Equivalent)
  • Previous experience in alcohol sampling, events, hospitality, sales, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and active listening.
  • Ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences in a professional manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments.
  • Reliable transportation and availability for flexible scheduling.

Aperçu des quarts / Horaire :

  • Quarts de fin de semaine (vendredi/samedi/dimanche), avec certains événements en semaine en lien avec des événements sportifs majeurs.
  • 5 à 8 heures sur place, incluant l'installation, le démontage, les tâches ponctuelles et les rapports.
  • Des heures supplémentaires liées à la logistique peuvent être requises par quart.

Qualifications :

  • Certification Smart Serve requise (ou équivalent provincial).
  • Expérience préalable en dégustation d'alcool, événements, hôtellerie, ventes et/ou service à la clientèle.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, incluant la prise de parole en public et l'écoute active.
  • Capacité à interagir avec assurance auprès de publics divers dans un cadre professionnel.
  • Solides compétences interpersonnelles avec une attitude chaleureuse et accessible.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe dans des environnements dynamiques.
  • Moyen de transport fiable et disponibilité pour un horaire flexible.
