Are you a natural when it comes to Sales ? If the answer is a Yes

We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our fast growing team in Canada and lead the Vancouver region. In this role, you will serve as the sales leader in your market and be the fashion and style expert.

Your primary goal is to promote sales, provide style consultancy and assisting customers in selecting bespoke garments, such as custom suits, shirts, top coats etc, both for men and women while demonstrating excellent communication.

This is an Onsite Service Model, you will be working from your home and will need to conduct field visits(Meeting clients at their location Home/Office) and delivering the In-shop bespoke tailoring experience at there door step.

Duties

  • Look after the existing clients in your market and establish rapport to understand their need for bespoke garments.
  • Develop and generate new leads of potential clients through telemarketing, emails and sms.
  • Traveling to clients location and providing on-site service to service the appointment.
  • Showcasing latest fabric collection, providing style consultancy, taking measurements and closing sales.
  • Provide training and support to the backend telemarketing and customer support team.
  • Assisting the production team to submit the orders with the factory.
  • Showcasing excellent interpersonal skills during sales and post sales assistance with alteration and client retention.
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening, effective communication, and professional phone etiquette
  • Stay informed about new products, current trends, and promotional events to assist customers effectively

Experience

  • Previous sales experience in a high end retail clothing store, bespoke tailors or in the fashion industry.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Experienced in handling high end retail customers, especially in a bespoke tailoring/ clothing store.
  • Excellent command in English. French is an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills in MS office, emails and POS system knowledge.
