Regency Lexus, of Regency Auto, is currently seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Product Advisors to join their award-winning sales team. These individuals will serve as both a luxury new and pre-owned vehicle specialist, and will also be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers. We provide a warm and supportive team environment and all of the necessary resources to support your career in the automotive industry. With 40 years in the Lower Mainland, Regency Auto has built a reputation for success by following its customer-centric philosophy and core values of Integrity, Responsibility and Respect.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale (New and Used)
  • Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms
  • Ongoing Business Development including in-person vehicle presentations, appointment setting and follow up calls and emails
  • Must be willing and have the skills to conduct cold calls/prospect calls to generate new business
  • Build and Foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth
  • Build and Maintain ongoing awareness of new products, competitor activities and other research through online training and development
  • Always maintain professionalism and respect to portray Regency Auto in a positive manner
  • To maintain the highest quality of Customer Satisfaction

Requirements:

  • VSA Certification
  • Professional demeanor, selling style and appearance
  • Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Must possess a valid driver's license (driver's abstract is required)
  • Must be able to communicate, read and write in English
  • Multiple Language skills are considered an asset
  • Previous Automotive sales experience (2 years minimum), or related sales experience is an asset, but not required
