  • 跟踪、监控并提升司机配送时效

  • 负责公司及合作司机的培训、排班与绩效考核
  • 管理司机日常沟通、出勤与异常问题
  • 协助管理尾程派送业务整体执行流程
  • 制作基础运营报表(司机绩效、成本、时效、问题件统计等)

卡车调度(Truck Dispatch)

  • 根据线路、货量与时效要求规划提货与送货路线
  • 协调司机、仓库及合作伙伴,调度车辆并监控运输执行情况
  • 根据业务需求及时调整调度策略与优先级

二级中转仓管理(Secondary Hub Operations)

  • 负责问题件(滞留、破损、返仓等)的分类、登记、处理与跟进
  • 管理 scan、sort、装车、复核等操作流程,确保扫描与操作准确率
  • 协调管理仓内工作人员、司机及车辆进出场时间与作业节奏

【任职要求】

  • 中英文流利
  • 有物流、快递、派送或调度相关经验者优先
  • 熟悉 GTA 线路和本地配送模式者优先
  • 良好的沟通能力、协调能力与问题解决能力
  • 熟练使用 Excel / Google Sheets
  • 责任心强、注重细节,能适应快节奏工作环境

Key ResponsibilitiesDriver Management

  • Track, monitor, and improve delivery performance
  • Review POD accuracy and enhance delivery quality
  • Handle delays, refusals, misroutes, accidents, and other exceptions
  • Lead training, scheduling, and performance evaluation for company and partner drivers
  • Manage daily driver communication, attendance, and issue resolution
  • Support last-mile delivery process execution
  • Prepare operational reports (driver KPIs, fleet cost, delivery SLA, exception tracking, etc.)

Truck Dispatch

  • Plan pickup and delivery routes based on volume, SLA, and lane requirements
  • Coordinate drivers, warehouse staff, and partners; dispatch trucks and monitor progress
  • Adjust dispatch strategies and priorities based on business needs

Secondary Transfer Hub Operations

  • Manage exception parcels: staging, classification, recording, handling, and follow-up
  • Oversee scanning, sorting, loading, and checking processes to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate staff, drivers, and vehicle timing to maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both Chinese and English
  • Experience in logistics, courier, dispatch, or last-mile delivery preferred
  • Familiarity with GTA routes and local delivery operations is an asset
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
