Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and experienced Owner Operators and Company Drivers to join our transportation team. This role involves independently managing freight deliveries while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, operate heavy equipment, and maintain their vehicle to ensure smooth operations. This position offers the flexibility of being an independent contractor with the opportunity to work across various routes and freight types.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles for the transportation of freight.
  • Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper handling of goods.
  • Navigate routes effectively to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including bills of lading and delivery receipts.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving on public roads.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.

Experience

  • Proven experience in truck driving with a focus on commercial driving, including but not limited to refrigerated trailers, dry vans, and freight transportation.
  • Strong understanding of load securing techniques and safety protocols in the transportation industry.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Verifiable Experience
