The Opportunity

As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping our internal operations running smoothly. You'll support daytoday activities, assist with process improvements, and help ensure our teams have what they need to succeed. This role provides broad exposure to business operations, HR support, vendor coordination, and administrative functions.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily operational activities across purchasing, logistics, and shipping and receiving
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
  • Help streamline processes and contribute to operational improvements
  • Prepare reports, track data, and support project coordination
  • Step in where needed to support a collaborative, fastmoving team

Who You Are

  • A new or recent graduate from a college or university program in business, communications, supply chain, or related field
  • Organized, detailoriented, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • A clear communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Techsavvy and curious about improving systems and processes
  • Someone who thrives in a supportive, growthoriented environment

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft and ERP tools
  • Exposure to operations, or administrative work through internships or parttime roles
  • Interest in process improvement, data organization, or workflow design
