Are you ready to be part of a professional property services team working with high-end clientele? AVO Property Services is hiring now We're looking for reliable team members to help wrap up our fall season and transition into winter snow removal.

We specialize in building maintenance, janitorial services, groundskeeping, and snow & ice management — and we're gearing up for a busy winter.

Current Openings:

  • Fall Groundskeeping Support (October–November)
  • Snow & Ice Management (Seasonal)
  • Snow Plow Operators (Seasonal)
  • Full-Time Groundskeeping (Starting Spring 2025)

Opportunities for both helpers and supervisory positions.

Immediate Need: Fall Clean-Up Crew

Help us complete seasonal property clean-up projects including:

  • Leaf collection and removal
  • Garden bed cutbacks
  • Final lawn maintenance
  • General site clean-up and prep for winter

This role leads directly into snow removal work starting as early as November — a great opportunity for steady, seasonal employment and transition to full-time spring roles.

Winter Work: Snow & Ice Maintenance

  • Snow and ice removal from roads, walkways, and driveways using equipment and hand tools
  • Monitoring weather and responding quickly to snow events
  • Working in all winter conditions — including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Equipment maintenance and proper storage

Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation to our landscape yard in North Burlington (Guelph Line & Derry Road)
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather
  • Physically capable of lifting, shoveling, and performing strenuous tasks
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Clean criminal record is mandatory (we work with private schools and high-end clients)
  • Landscaping or snow removal experience is an asset but not required

What We Offer:

  • $26–$30/hour for supervisors (when positions become available)
