Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated person to join our landscape maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall clearing and maintenance of sites.

Responsibilities

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as snow rators, snow blowers to perform clearing.
  • Bobcat/skidsteer or Truck and plows for experienced individuals with at least 3 t
  • Tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways accessible and safe for pedestrians and vehicles.
  • Maintain equipment through regular inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to ensure operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues.
  • On-call 24/7 weekends and holidays throughout Nov to April.

Qualifications

  • Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, excavators, or other landscaping machinery.
  • Ability to perform snow plowing operations safely during winter conditions.
  • Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid G driver's license preferred; clean abstract.
  • Walks crews do not require a license but must be able to get to the shop at any hour throughout the winter season
