Position Overview:

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Shift/Site Supervisor to lead field operations and crews on Industrial projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-driven, and skilled in managing people, schedules, and equipment in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations on job sites
  • Lead and mentor crew members to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Set up, operate, and maintain Hydrodemolition and high-pressure water equipment
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and clients about progress and issues
  • Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed
  • Complete daily job reports, time sheets, and safety documentation
  • Troubleshoot site or equipment issues and make quick, safe decisions

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Industrial, Construction, or Hydrodemolition work
  • Previous supervisory or lead hand experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of pumps, pressure systems, and heavy equipment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites throughout Western Canada
  • Safety tickets (e.g., First Aid, WHMIS, Confined Space, H2S, Fall Protection) are an asset
