We are hiring shift supervisors for our A&W located on 4th avenue & Alma street in Vancouver

We are looking for;

  • At least 1 year experience in a supervisory position preferably in a fast food restaurant.

  • Enthusiastic, team player with strong communication and problem solving skills.

  • Capable of working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

  • Reliable, hard working, able to follow directions and finish tasks as per A&W standards and policies.
  • Positive, approachable, committed, able to handle pressure.
  • Flexible, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Role model, able to consistently exceed customer expectations.
  • Positive, vibrant and professional outlook.
  • Effectively delegate, follow up and provide positive and corrective feedback.
  • Prepare and present unbiased performance appraisals.
