The Role: Lead the Rewards Revolution.
Forget the traditional compensation manager title. This role is for a Global Compensation Architect, a strategic systems-thinker who doesn't just manage compensation, but builds the infrastructure that fuels Docebo's hyper-growth.This is a high-impact, Individual Contributor (IC) role where your expertise, analytical rigor, and AI-first mindset will be the blueprint for how we attract, reward, and retain the best global talent. Your Global Mission: Designing the Future of Rewards
You are responsible for transforming complexity into clarity, turning market data into competitive advantage, and ensuring every rewards dollar translates into tangible employee value. The Global Blueprint: Rewards Architecture & Design
  • Design Ownership: In partnership with the Senior Director of Total Rewards, build, and deploy a competitive, scalable, and fair global compensation foundation, starting with a job architecture and leveling framework. This work includes salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs optimized for our unique regional footprints.
  • Structural Integrity: Own the global job evaluation framework, ensuring that job leveling and organizational structures are consistent, logical, and instantly align with external market value across multiple countries.
  • The Annual Cycle Maestro: Support the end-to-end execution of the entire annual compensation review process, providing high-level, consultative guidance to leadership and managers globally.
Data Alchemy: Market Intelligence & Predictive Insights
  • Compensation detective: Be the analytical powerhouse behind our pay strategy by conducting comprehensive global market surveys, leading pay equity audits, and aligning with all pay transparency legislation.
  • Forecasting Ninja: Translate complex rewards data into predictive insights and innovative solutions that align with senior leadership's long-term talent strategy.
  • Actionable Narrative: Handle complex, ad-hoc analysis like a pro, turning raw global data into compelling narratives about compensation competitiveness, turnover drivers, and talent acquisition wins.
The Future Stack: Innovation & Tech-Powered Efficiency
  • AI-First Pioneer: Champion an AI-first mindset, exploring, recommending, and implementing new technologies and automation to radically elevate the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of global compensation delivery.
  • Compensation System Enablement: Partner with the HRIS team to strategically optimize our compensation technology stack (HRIS/system) to guarantee absolute data integrity and process automation across all regions, treating our data infrastructure like a strategic asset.
  • Value Maximization: Drive the administration and success of our Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) through Shareworks, maximizing employee participation and value realization.
Value Translator: Enablement, Communication & Governance
  • Trusted Advisor: Partner strategically with HR Business Partners and business leaders worldwide to provide expert advice on complex, sensitive pay decisions for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers.
  • Engaging Educator: Develop clear, fun, and engaging communication materials that empower employees and managers to understand our total rewards philosophy and practices, making pay feel transparent and valuable.
  • Compliance Quarterback: Act as our internal governance expert, ensuring all compensation practices adhere to relevant national, regional, and international laws, keeping us smart and safe globally.
What Skills You'll Bring to this Role
  • These are required of all candidates so we can build wildly successful programs together:
  • The Global Compensation Architect: 6-8+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in compensation, with significant focus (2+ years) on designing and executing global compensation strategies and programs.
  • Analytical Superhero: Data is your love language. You possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complexity, model financial impact, and influence strategy with crisp insights.
  • Excel Wizard: Your advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, modeling, array formulas) is legendary, allowing you to bypass limitations and speed past roadblocks.
  • System Savvy: Proven experience in functionally optimizing and managing the compensation, job architecture, and reporting modules within enterprise HRIS (e.g., Dayforce, Workday) to ensure scalable, accurate, and efficient global rewards delivery.
