Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of movers, ensuring smooth execution of all moving tasks, from packing to unloading.
  • Coordinate with clients to manage expectations and ensure a stress-free moving experience.
  • Supervise and actively participate in loading, unloading, packing, and unpacking, focusing on efficiency and safety.
  • Train and mentor junior movers on best practices, safety protocols, and customer service.
  • Take responsibility for the care and handling of customer belongings, ensuring every item is treated with respect.

We're Looking for Candidates Who Have:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the moving industry or a related field.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects regularly.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on teamwork.
  • Attention to detail, particularly when handling fragile or valuable items.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $26 - $32 / hour based on experience, with customer tips on top
