**What You’ll Do**:
As a **Mover/Driver** at Ferguson Moving & Storage, no two days are ever the same You’ll be at the forefront of making people’s moving day smooth, efficient, and even a little bit fun. Here’s a sneak peek into your exciting daily tasks:

- **Drive with Confidence**: Take the wheel of our well-maintained moving trucks (don’t worry, we’ll train you to be a driving pro) and safely navigate routes to customer homes, offices, and storage facilities.
- **Load & Unload Like a Pro**: You’ll use your muscle (and some awesome teamwork) to load and unload furniture, boxes, and valuables with care. From fragile heirlooms to heavy couches, you’ll ensure everything gets to its destination in one piece.
- **Provide Top-Tier Customer Service**: You'll interact with customers directly, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and happy throughout the entire moving process. A friendly smile and helpful attitude are key You’ll be the face of Ferguson, and a big reason why our customers rave about us.
- **Work with a Team**: Whether you’re with a crew of movers or taking the wheel solo, you’ll work alongside a supportive and fun team that feels more like family. Teamwork is the key to every move’s success
- **Safely Handle Goods**: You’ll be responsible for handling all items with the utmost care. Furniture, boxes, electronics, and even pianos—whatever the job, you’ll make sure it’s handled with professionalism and attention to detail.
- **Maintain the Truck & Equipment**: You’ll help with routine maintenance and check-ups on the moving truck to ensure everything runs smoothly. Plus, you’ll keep the equipment (dollies, straps, blankets, etc.) organized and in good condition.

**What You Need**:
We believe in finding the right fit for our team, so while experience in moving or driving is great, it’s not a deal-breaker if you’re just starting out Here’s what we’re looking for:

- **A Valid Driver’s License**: You’ll need a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. A Class 3 or higher license is a bonus but not required to start.
- **Physical Stamina & Strength**: Moving isn’t always easy, but it’s always rewarding. You should be able to lift heavy items and be on your feet for extended periods.
- **Great Communication Skills**: You’re comfortable talking with customers and team members. You’ll need to explain things clearly, answer questions, and keep everyone in the loop about the move.
- **Dependability**: Punctuality is key We rely on our Movers/Drivers to show up ready to go, so reliability is a must.
- **A Friendly & Positive Attitude**: We want our customers to have an awesome moving experience, and a positive attitude goes a long way in making that happen.
