Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Broker based in Brampton, ON. The Insurance Broker will assist clients in identifying and securing suitable insurance coverage by assessing their needs and evaluating risks. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, providing expert guidance on insurance products and solutions, and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers. The role also includes collaborating with insurance companies to deliver tailored, cost-effective coverage options.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance practices
  • Proficiency in Finance and Retirement Planning services to support comprehensive client solutions
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Licensure as an Insurance Broker in the province of Ontario is required
  • Experience in managing risk and crafting tailored insurance policies is an asset
  • Post-secondary education in Insurance, Finance, or a related field is preferred
