Véritable pilier entre la production, l'ingénierie et la qualité, vous êtes responsable de la configuration, du contrôle et de l'optimisation des critères produits et des procédés de fabrication. Votre objectif : garantir des pièces de haute qualité, tout en favorisant l'amélioration continue et la performance opérationnelle.

Responsabilités principales

  • Définir, configurer et mettre à jour les critères techniques des produits.
  • Superviser le contrôle des processus et participer activement au développement de nouveaux produits.
  • Communiquer clairement les instructions et exigences produits aux équipes, et s'assurer de leur compréhension et de leur application.
  • Fournir un appui technique à la fabrication et à l'ingénierie pour résoudre les problématiques liées aux pièces, procédés ou équipements.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénierie dans le cadre de projets d'amélioration, d'enquêtes techniques et de développement produit.
  • Identifier, analyser et corriger les défauts de moulage à l'aide de la métallographie et de méthodes de contrôle non destructif.
  • Établir et documenter les paramètres de moulage, de fonderie et de traitement thermique adaptés à chaque pièce.
  • Mettre en place des plans d'action pour éliminer les défaillances, réduire les rebuts et garantir la stabilité métallurgique des pièces.
  • Assurer la disponibilité du matériel, des outils et des ressources nécessaires à la production.
  • Fournir un soutien technique lors de réclamations clients, de retours produits ou d'audits internes et externes.
  • Garantir le bon fonctionnement et l'étalonnage du spectromètre d'émission pour les analyses chimiques.
  • Superviser le laboratoire d'essais matériaux (traction, chimie, dureté, métallographie) et assurer la fiabilité des résultats.
  • Tester et valider de nouvelles méthodes et pratiques de fonderie.
  • Participer activement aux initiatives d'amélioration continue, de production allégée (Lean) et de réduction des coûts.
  • Soutenir les activités de recherche et développement liées aux procédés et produits de la fonderie.
  • Réaliser des audits de surveillance
  • Promouvoir et faire respecter les normes de santé, sécurité et environnement au sein de l'usine.
Qualifications

Éducation :

Formation DEC (collège ou certificat de technologie en fonderie) ou baccalauréat en ingénierie (métallurgie et science des matériaux sont un plus).

Expériences :
 

Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de fabrication.
