Pre-sales Consultant Biovia (Formulation)

What does the role
of
Pre-sales Consultant Biovia entail?

  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support pre-sales activities.
  • Assist in scoping customer requirements and preparing solution proposals.
  • Participate in workshops and discovery sessions to understand customer workflows.
  • Provide technical guidance and respond to solution-related inquiries
  • Maintain a strong understanding of BIOVIA products and industry trends.
  • Play a key role in demonstrating BIOVIA solutions to prospective and existing customers, supporting sales engagements, and occasionally participating in implementation workshops with solutions including formulation management, laboratory informatics, chemical inventory systems, and other scientific data management tools.

To be successful in your application you should have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales, support, or implementation).
  • Be familiar with laboratory workflows, formulation processes, or chemical inventory systems.
  • Experience with Dassault Systèmes BIOVIA solutions is preferred
  • English fluency is required. Proficiency in French is preferred and considered an asset
