Our vision is to be a leading primary care network on the Saanich Peninsula, where multiple health disciplines work collaboratively to support patients across all stages of life.
We are seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant (0.8 FTE) to join our fast-paced, friendly, and supportive team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our administrative operations, coordinating schedules, events, documents, and office logistics that support our leaders, staff, and clinics.
This position is a 0.8 FTE (approximately 32 hours/week) and will have a one-year trial period, with the intention to continue the role based on organizational needs and performance fit.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
Coordinate meetings: scheduling, agendas, materials, minutes, and action follow-up
Provide administrative support for leadership and organizational projects
Maintain digital and paper records and filing systems
Support planning and execution of staff and organizational events
Order supplies and liaise with vendors
Assist with financial administration (invoice processing, AP, banking support, filing)
- Provide general office support as needed
Qualifications & Skills
University degree or equivalent combination of education/experience(min 1 year)
Experience in healthcare or non-profit settings an asset
Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-service skills
Excellent written, organizational, and minute-taking abilities
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency; Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);Google an asset
Schedule & Compensation
0.8 FTE (approx. 32 hours/week)
Monday–Friday, daytime hours
One-year trial period with potential to continue
Some flexibility required for occasional early morning or evening meetings
Salary: $48,000 – $58,000 annually (pro-rated for 0.8 FTE, based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
