We are seeking a motivated early-career professional—either an Engineer or Engineering Technologist with a background in Instrumentation, Chemical, or Mechanical disciplines (>3 years of industry experience preferred, but not required)—to support proposal estimating, project kick-off, and day-to-day project coordination activities. This full-time role is remote with flexible working hours, though we have a strong preference for candidates based in Calgary to support local coordination, occasional in-person activities, and smoother communication with regional clients.The primary focus of this role is project coordination and estimating, including preparing proposal inputs, organizing project start-up documentation, coordinating internally with technical staff, and managing the scheduling of our PHA facilitators into their sessions. This position requires regular client interaction, including gathering information for proposals, confirming logistics for project start-up, supporting scheduling discussions, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness.Secondary responsibilities include:Supporting Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) preparation, such as PHA file setup, noding, and assisting with report development.Supporting our FieldSync team, including field walkdowns, assisting with data capture, and helping with P&ID updates based on verified field information.Contributing to basic documentation workflows as needed.The role will also support as needed inside sales activities, including tracking client contacts, leads, and pursuits within our CRM system to maintain visibility across ongoing opportunities and business-development initiatives.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain broad exposure to proposal estimating, project coordination, client communication, FieldSync field verification workflows, functional safety processes, and business development—all within a supportive and flexible remote work environment.
