The Opportunity
We're growing fast and looking for experienced Estimators with strong analytical skills and hands on experience in Electrical, HVAC/R, or Plumbing to join our expanding team.
In this role, you'll build accurate estimates, provide turnkey solutions, and play a key role in delivering high quality projects and long-term client relationships. What You'll Do
Review construction documents and collaborate with project managers, sales, and field teams to define project scopes
Complete accurate material and labour takeoffs using Bluebeam and internal tools
Identify value engineering and cost saving opportunities
Present and defend estimates confidently to internal teams or clients
Maintain and update supplier pricing for improved accuracy and speed
Participate in daily training and development sessions to sharpen communication, technical, and negotiation skills
What You Bring
Journeyperson Certificate in Electrical, HVAC/R, Plumbing, or Sheet Metal
Minimum of 3 years experience estimating commercial service, maintenance, or retrofit projects
Strong ability to read drawings and perform takeoffs (Bluebeam or Excel proficiency)
Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
Self motivated and comfortable working in a fast paced, performance driven environment
Experience with BMS integration is an asset
Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
Base Salary: $83,790 to $114,624
Commission Program: $15,000 to $30,000 expected annually (uncapped)
Additional Incentive Program: Up to 10 percent of your base salary
Referral Bonus: Earn up to $1,000 for successful hires you refer
