This role manages the order resolution functions for assigned fulfillment network partners, ensuring on-time, accurate, and damage-free fulfillment of customer orders. Responsibilities include analyzing sales forecasts, creating customized reporting for vendor partners, and managing promotional and regular sales forecasts. It also involves facilitating end-of-month financial close processes, auditing invoices, and preparing expense approval forms, as well as resolving invoice discrepancies with financial teams and vendors.

This role may also involve managing vendor accountability on fill rates, lead time settings, and in-stock levels, generating vendor forecasts, and holding vendor meetings to communicate expected future merchandise demand. In partnership with category managers, this role coordinates new vendor onboarding and creates fulfillment test orders to validate capabilities and operations. The role participates in projects to implement new systems and processes to improve operational results and supports the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written to all levels of leadership
  • Strong attention to detail – ability to identify inconsistencies in data quickly and be able to sense if the numbers are realistic to current state vs. numbers on a page
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Quick learner of new systems and processes
  • Very curious and driven to the "why" behind the numbers and the processes
  • Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • The ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy while working under pressure
  • Education accomplishment – Bcomm, Engineering, etc.
  • Experience in the Ecommerce Industry is an asset

The pay range for this position is $64, $88, Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
