Overview
We are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant Analyst to join our sodastream Operations team. You will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing business performance through analyzing performance issues, systems and or processes and providing solutions. This position will create and deliver reports, presentations and provide support as a well as compile and report on a variety of KPI's.

Responsibilities

  • Assists Retail Distribution teams with KPI reporting/scorecards for required functional areas.
  • Supports the operations team in creating a more productive, cost-effective, and profitable business unit(s).
  • Develops and supports KPI reports/scorecards for the Operations team.
  • Perform analysis, provide reporting, presentations, and work with team to determine most cost-effective solutions and aid in the implementation of those solutions.
  • Ensure business SOP's, work instructions, and other training materials are kept current.
  • Identify, recommend, and assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively work with the business to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Analyze reports and creates metrics within distribution area.
  • Supports and engages in strategic projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations or related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in distribution/logistics and/or business process/systems analysis.
  • Experience with distribution, fulfillment, light manufacturing, supply planning and inventory management preferred.
  • Broad and detailed knowledge of the business processes used in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience in Project Management, and RFP/RFQ's an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office; Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP System preferred.
  • Tableau / Power BI experience considered a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and seamlessly as part of a cross functional team.
  • Results and detail oriented with excellent analytical and decision-making ability.
  • Organized, with strong analytical and time management capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
