Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Cooking Class Coordinator to support the planning, execution of our cooking class programs.

Responsibilities

  1. Program Operations Management

  2. Adjust instructor/assistant schedules and supervise on-site class execution

  3. Handle participant check-in, payments, and satisfaction inquiries

  4. Inspect and restock ingredients and consumables after each session

  5. Content & Marketing Coordinator

  6. Participate in monthly/quarterly planning of class themes

  7. Support content creation and promotional planning

  8. Customer & Member Management (CRM)

  9. Maintain customer databases and plan promotions to encourage repeat participation

  10. Collect feedback and prepare class satisfaction reports

  11. Partnership & Vendor Coordination

  12. Communicate with sponsored brands and suppliers

  13. Coordinate schedules with guest chefs and external instructors

  14. Finance & Administrative Support

  15. Reconcile revenue, costs, and profit per class

  16. Prepare expense reports (labor, ingredients, fees, etc.)
  17. Process administrative documents such as contracts and invoices

Required Qualifications

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Strong Korean and English communication skills
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in event or class operations
  • Strong scheduling and reporting skills
  • Skilled in customer service and on-site operations

Preferred Skills

  • Experience operating cooking classes in an culinary studio setting
  • Experience in the food service industry, culinary schools, or cultural community centers is an asset
