National Account Manager – Canada & U.S. Retail, Distributor & Food Service

Crosby Foods is growing — and we're looking for a high-impact National Account Manager to lead key retail, distributor, and food-service relationships across Canada and the United States. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on building partnerships, closing business, and driving growth.

What You'll Do
As National Account Manager, you will:
- Lead and grow national retail and food-service accounts across Canada and the U.S.
- Negotiate new business and strengthen long-term customer partnerships
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans
- Manage broker relationships and ensure sales excellence
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive promotional success and ROI
- Identify new market opportunities and growth channels
- Represent Crosby Foods at trade shows and industry events
- Travel to meet customers and support key accounts
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or 10+ years of progressive sales experience)
- Proven success in national or key account sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with AI tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
