Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and recommending candidates
  • Keep the applicant tracking system updated and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, maintaining clear and professional communication
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to coordinate interviews and gather feedback.
  • Promote JDI Construction & Equipment Division as an employer of choice through events, social media, and job boards
  • Support campus recruitment, job fairs, and marketing initiatives to attract top talent
  • Contribute to team meetings, process improvements, and research projects to enhance efficiency
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support talent acquisition initiatives
Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a desire to build a career in this area
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and Hiring Managers
  • Exceptional attention to detail when managing candidate information and recruitment records
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • A proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and improvement
