ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and recommending candidates
- Keep the applicant tracking system updated and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, maintaining clear and professional communication
- Partner with Hiring Managers to coordinate interviews and gather feedback.
- Promote JDI Construction & Equipment Division as an employer of choice through events, social media, and job boards
- Support campus recruitment, job fairs, and marketing initiatives to attract top talent
- Contribute to team meetings, process improvements, and research projects to enhance efficiency
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support talent acquisition initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a desire to build a career in this area
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and Hiring Managers
- Exceptional attention to detail when managing candidate information and recruitment records
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and improvement
