We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Receivable professional who is experienced with QuickBooks to support our accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Create and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders
  • Post payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
  • Assist with basic accounting and reporting as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently
