Are you passionate about data, emerging markets, and solving real-world challenges? Do you get excited about the idea of transforming how buildings are designed, constructed, reused, and repurposed?

  • Develop forecasts, cost-benefit models, and feasibility assessments to evaluate emerging opportunities in circular construction.
  • Map supply-chain ecosystems and stakeholder networks—from demolition contractors to reclaimed material processors to policy-makers.
  • Generate engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, sustainability experts, policy analysts, and industry partners to advance real-world circular initiatives.

  • Exceptional communication, report writing and storytelling skills—you can make data compelling.
  • A curious mind and a proactive drive to find patterns others miss.

·       Passion for sustainability, the circular economy, or the built environment.

Light House offers you the opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team accelerating Canada's shift toward a regenerative, low-carbon built environment. You'll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that are shaping the future of Canada's circular economy. We also offer a competitive salary and a wide range of benefits:

· days paid vacation

·      Annual professional development budget

·      Extended health and wellness benefits

·      Hybrid home/office work arrangements

·      Working with an amazing, mission-driven team focused on climate action and innovation in construction

About You

You're a proactive, team-oriented person who's always ready to pitch in—never saying, "that's not my job." You thrive in collaborative environments, free of ego, know when to lead or follow, and celebrate shared success. You take initiative, chase opportunities, and get satisfaction from checking off your to-do list. You're adaptable, open to trying new ideas, and motivated by continuous improvement. You care about the planet and actively seek changes in your lifestyle—whether through sustainable transport, reducing waste, or lowering your carbon footprint. You embrace innovation, question the status quo, and see change as a chance to grow.
