About the Role
We're seeking a
Data Analyst
who thrives at the intersection of data science, business strategy, and technology. You're not just a number cruncher — you're a storyteller, a problem solver, and a strategic thinker who transforms data into clear insights that shape the direction of our products and operations.
You'll help us make smarter, faster decisions across the company — from optimizing marketing performance and customer journeys to improving product efficiency and operational workflows. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical side of analytics and the business impact of data-driven storytelling.
What You'll Do
Analytics & Insights
- Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities across business areas.
- Support
marketing and sales teams
by analyzing CRM data, campaign performance, and lead conversion funnels. - Build predictive and diagnostic models to guide decision-making and improve key business outcomes.
- Ensure high data quality through reliable ETL/ELT pipelines and data governance practices.
Visualization & Communication
- Design and maintain
interactive dashboards
in Tableau or Power BI for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Communicate findings through compelling data stories that inspire strategic action.
- Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to translate insights into measurable impact.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with cross-functional leaders to align analytics goals with company priorities.
- Contribute to data infrastructure and analytics automation projects that improve data accessibility.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity, context, and consistency in all data deliverables.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
Technical Skills
- Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, subqueries).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and workflow automation.
- Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning concepts.
- Expertise in Tableau or Power BI for visualization and storytelling.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience as a
Data Analyst or Business Analyst
, ideally with exposure to
marketing and CRM systems
. - Familiarity with
HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing platforms
and their data structures. - Understanding of marketing and growth metrics (conversion rates, attribution, retention, etc.) is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to translate data into business impact.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving clarity through data.
