Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada EviSmart™ Full time

Data Analyst

On-site | Vancouver Office – 675 W Hastings St.

About EviSmart

EviSmart is a global leader in AI-powered dental workflow automation and CAD design outsourcing. Trusted in 26+ countries, our mission is to make dental care smarter, faster, and better — and we're doing it through powerful software that connects dentists, labs, and manufacturers like never before.

We're building next-generation AI and data platforms that power digital dentistry across the globe. As we continue to scale, we're looking for analytical thinkers who can turn complex data into meaningful insights — driving smarter decisions, faster growth, and a more connected future for dental professionals worldwide.

About the Role

We're seeking a
Data Analyst
who thrives at the intersection of data science, business strategy, and technology. You're not just a number cruncher — you're a storyteller, a problem solver, and a strategic thinker who transforms data into clear insights that shape the direction of our products and operations.

You'll help us make smarter, faster decisions across the company — from optimizing marketing performance and customer journeys to improving product efficiency and operational workflows. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical side of analytics and the business impact of data-driven storytelling.

What You'll Do

Analytics & Insights

  • Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities across business areas.
  • Support
    marketing and sales teams
by analyzing CRM data, campaign performance, and lead conversion funnels.
  • Build predictive and diagnostic models to guide decision-making and improve key business outcomes.
  • Ensure high data quality through reliable ETL/ELT pipelines and data governance practices.

Visualization & Communication

  • Design and maintain
    interactive dashboards
in Tableau or Power BI for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Communicate findings through compelling data stories that inspire strategic action.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to translate insights into measurable impact.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with cross-functional leaders to align analytics goals with company priorities.
  • Contribute to data infrastructure and analytics automation projects that improve data accessibility.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity, context, and consistency in all data deliverables.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, subqueries).
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and workflow automation.
  • Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning concepts.
  • Expertise in Tableau or Power BI for visualization and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a
    Data Analyst or Business Analyst
    , ideally with exposure to
    marketing and CRM systems
    .
  • Familiarity with
HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing platforms
     and their data structures.
  • Understanding of marketing and growth metrics (conversion rates, attribution, retention, etc.) is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to translate data into business impact.
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving clarity through data.
