What Will You Be Doing As A Customer Relations Trainee?
Present our clients' products and services directly to consumers in a confident, compelling manner to drive salesBuild strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutionsInput customer information, order details, and sales contracts into our POS systemStay updated on the latest promotions and deals to effectively communicate them to customers during sales interactionsAttend virtual and onsite training sessions alongside fellow Customer Relations Trainees to hone in on customer service and sales techniquesPure Lifestyle is dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive work environment for all our Customer Relations Trainees. High school diploma or GED is required0-2 years' experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality or a related fieldStrong public speaking skills and the ability to confidently interact with customers, clients and teammatesSolution-oriented mindset and resilience in overcoming challengesExceptional time management and organizational skillsThe ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as neededPure Lifestyle is an equal opportunity employer.
