About the Job:
 
Vista Radio has an immediate opening for a full-time Account Executive, based in Grande Prairie, AB.
 
What you'll do

Creating and managing multi-platform marketing campaigns that integrate radio, digital, and social media to help clients achieve their goals
Supporting an existing client base by developing new campaigns, optimizing ongoing strategies, and uncovering new growth opportunities
Prospecting and cold calling to develop new business from unassigned accounts and fresh leads
Designing creative sales strategies and proposals tailored to client needs and business goals
Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Managing your own account receivables to ensure timely billing and follow-up

What you Bring

Education in sales, marketing, business, or communications preferred and entrepreneurial backgrounds are welcomed
Sales experience is an asset; media sales experience is a bonus (we'll train the right person)
Comfortable working on a commission-based compensation structure
Self-starter with the ability to manage time, priorities, and deadlines independently
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Computer-savvy, especially with Microsoft Office or Google Suite tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Customer service-oriented with exceptional networking skills
Creative thinker with a knack for problem-solving and solution development
Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable, fully insured vehicle
