Cycologie (#MoveYourMind) is Laval's premiere boutique rhythm-based spin studio located in the heart of Centropolis. By candlelight, loud music, and choreography, we help people move their bodies to transform their minds. We're building a community that moves together, sweats together, and grows together.

Role Summary

You are the creative heartbeat of our social media presence. We already have the strategy and monthly content calendar locked in. Your job is to bring it to life with beautiful, high-energy, on-brand assets — delivered early, every time. This is a hybrid role that gives you creative freedom while keeping everything organized and ahead of schedule.

Core Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

  • Film 1 ride per month in-studio (you bring your phone, lighting, and gimbal — we'll make sure the energy is electric)
  • Edit & deliver 20–25 pieces per week: Daily/Weekly Schedule Stories, Value-Add Stories, Reels, TikToks, Carousels, in-studio graphics.
  • Create thumbnails, quote cards, and static posts in Canva
  • Turn raw footage around in 24–48 hours max

Planning & Organization

  • Keep the full next month's content 100% ready and scheduled 30+ days in advance
  • Maintain our content calendar, asset library, and publishing queue in Notion + Buffer
  • Light community management (reply to comments & DMs in our brand voice)

Key Requirements

Must-Haves

  • A portfolio of short-form fitness, dance, or lifestyle content that feels creative, premium, and performs well
  • Proven ability to deliver full-month content calendars 30+ days early (show us screenshots)
  • Expert with Premiere Pro (or equivalent) + confident daily Canva user
  • Highly organized, proactive, and calm under tight deadlines
  • Strong creative eye and obsession with brand aesthetics
  • Live in or near Laval (in-studio once per month, otherwise hybrid)
  • Bilingual French/English is a big plus

Nice-to-Haves

  • After Effects, Descript
  • Notion, Buffer, Marianatek experience
  • Personal fitness or dance background

Type: Contract (10–12hrs/week), hybrid
