Role Overview
The
Head of Marketing & Product
is responsible for overseeing CarDoor's marketing and product team. Your vision and creativity will shape strategies for driving acquisition and brand growth, product direction, website experience, and conversion funnel. You will be the hands-on leader who ensures execution across marketing, product enhancements, conversion optimization, and cross-functional delivery with collaboration across marketing, performance, and technical development teams.
Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership:
- Build strong relationships with the Executive team, ensuring marketing initiatives align with corporate direction and governance expectations.
- Oversee all demand generation and performance marketing activities across paid and organic channels.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, setting priorities, KPIs, and performance standards.
- Ensure brand consistency, messaging, and positioning across all customer touchpoints.
- Set creative direction for graphics, videos, ad assets, and campaign concepts.
- Own CarDoor's social media strategy and execution across all platforms.
- Lead content strategy including blogs, PR, and thought leadership.
- Drive SEO and GEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and local GEO visibility.
Product & Website Ownership:
- Align and anchor product direction with customer experience
- Oversee website operations including functionality, UX/UI improvements, and performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience and increase lead quality and volume.
- Prioritize features, and maintain a clear roadmap aligned with growth goals.
- Coordinate with developers to translate business needs into actionable tasks.
- Lead strategy, testing and launch of new tools, applications, and product integrations.
- Own conversion rate optimization across all funnels, landing pages, and application flows.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Partner with Data & DevOps teams to align tracking, measurement, and data consistency.
- Optimize workflows, automation, attribution, and reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards that track marketing, product, and funnel performance.
- Own KPI definition, reporting, and insights, turning data into actionable decisions.
- Oversee CRM integrations and ensure clean data flow between systems (website, CRM, data warehouse).
- Monitor Google Tag Manager setup, event tracking, and tagging governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6–10+ years in marketing, growth, product, or hybrid roles within fast-paced tech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Ability to guide, coach, and elevate marketers across a variety of channels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Deep understanding of full funnel marketing, including CRO, attribution, UI/UX, and customer journeys.
- Hands on expertise with GTM, GA4, HubSpot, CRM integrations, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing product direction based on customer insights and data.
