This is a
Senior QA position
for the
Issuer Application Team
, responsible for testing innovative solutions that meet functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability requirements while adhering to project schedules, QA principles, and quality goals.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with global product managers, business users, and technical leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a hands-on QA specialist in a fast-paced, global business and technology environment.
  • Create and execute test plans for releases and sprints.
  • Interpret and clarify business requirements, translating them into comprehensive test case designs for complex and integrated systems.
  • Design, review, and execute functional test cases in collaboration with developers, business analysts, and operational users.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools; ensure timely resolution with development teams.
  • Prepare detailed test reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate business sign-offs for functional requirements post-QA testing.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.
  • Contribute ideas for improving QA processes, tools, and team efficiency.
