Position: Line Cook

Shift: Evening Shift (Last call at 1:30 AM)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items consistently and to standard.
  • Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen stations.
  • Assist with inventory management and food preparation as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen team during service.

Requirements:

  • Previous kitchen experience, particularly as a line cook.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexible availability for evening shifts, with the last call at 1:00 AM.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
