The Line Cook will play an essential role in the success of our restaurant. The individual in this role will produce high-quality food items that exceed customer expectations. The Line Cook/prep Cook will also support other kitchen staff by conducting tasks that help the team complete tasks in a timely manner. Previous experience as a line cook is required for this role, and previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare food by following recipes or by customizing menu items to customers' needs.
- Clean, organize, and maintain kitchen area.
- Have an understanding of the various components of food.
- Set up tables for dining room.
- Meet with manager to determine what ingredients are needed for the business's day.
- Follow health and safety policies when working with food.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship / Co-op
**Salary**: $22,844.00-$60,000.00 per year
