Conseiller en assistance technique aux concessionnaires - Sports motorisés

Responsabilités
• Agir en tant que conseiller principal auprès des concessionnaires, représentant
notre client à l'échelle mondiale, en fournissant des conseils d'experts efficaces, en effectuant des diagnostics techniques, mécaniques et électriques, et en répondant rapidement aux demandes des concessionnaires, en privilégiant la qualité dès le premier contact et en reflétant notre engagement de service haut de gamme.
• Fournir des solutions techniques aux techniciens des concessionnaires et soutenir les autres services, tels que les équipes de garantie et de service à la clientèle.
• Conseiller les concessionnaires sur les meilleures pratiques relatives aux politiques, processus et directives de nos clients.
• Soutenir et accompagner proactivement nos partenaires et notre réseau de concessionnaires en matière de soutien technique et de réponses aux demandes des concessionnaires, tout en développant et en entretenant de bonnes relations avec eux.
• Signaler rapidement les problèmes, identifier et signaler les problèmes ou tendances émergents, et représenter votre secteur afin d'améliorer et d'optimiser continuellement et proactivement nos services de soutien.
Qualifications
• Diplôme technique de base ou qualification équivalente en mécanique des sports motorisés, automobile, marine ou des petits moteurs.
• Au moins deux ans d'expérience pertinente dans une concession de véhicules de sports motorisés ou un environnement similaire, avec des connaissances générales en mécanique.
• Excellentes aptitudes en dépannage et diagnostic, et parfaite maîtrise des principes électriques et mécaniques.
• Capacité à consulter et à comprendre des catalogues de pièces électroniques, des plans techniques et des nomenclatures.
• Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale ; capacité à exprimer clairement ses idées et à utiliser un vocabulaire technique.
• Capacité d'adaptation à différents contextes, personnes et situations, et aptitude à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel.

Dealer Technical Support Advisor - Powersports
We are looking for someone passionate about service and the overall powersports world. Responsibilities
- Act as a front-of-house advisor representing our client globally by providing efficient expert advice, performing technical, mechanical, and electrical diagnostics, and answering dealer inquiries quickly, focusing on right the first time and reflecting our quality service pledge.
- Provide technical solutions to dealership technicians and support other departments like the warranty and customer care teams.
- Guide dealers on best practices related to our client's policy, processes, and guidelines.
- Proactively support and coach our partners and dealer network with regard to technical support and dealer inquiries, all while building and maintaining our dealer relationships.
- Highlight issues quickly, identify and escalate emerging issues or trends, and represent your sector in order to continuously and proactively improve and optimize our support services.
Qualifications
- Basic technical degree or any relevant qualification in powersports, automotive, marine or small engine mechanics.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a powersport dealership or in a similar environment with general mechanical knowledge.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a thorough understanding of electrical and mechanical theory.
- Ability to navigate and understand electronic parts catalogues, engineering drawings, and bill of materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate thoughts, ideas, and technical terminology.
- Ability to adapt easily to different circumstances, individuals, situations, and working in a multicultural environment.
